Answer: No. They have more than one doctor, depending on your issue. Emergency room is a little different. Patients are prioritized by the type of care needed. It does suck if you are going there for a minor issue and there are multiple high priority people. Sometimes they do need to call in the "on call" doctor if your issue is out of the norm.

Question: Why won't anyone in the Correspondance \ Release of Information office EVER pick up their damn phone, or even call back in reply to their voice mails.... All about customer service, I think not.

Answer: I have been coming to the ER since 2009 thru this year. I was PCSd to Ft Bliss in 2002. The ER hasn’t changed and doubt it will. It’s sad. Thank God I am retired. Time to go outside area hospitals for treatment
Answer: Ft Bliss has several clinics placed across the installation. You are assigned to a primary care provider, as well as your dependants. However this provider may be different than your own. Check with the local deers rep

Answer: You usually need a appointment. However you can go the ER. as a walkin. And you will have a 2 hour wait and be evaulated. Then depending the problem you will be given a fast track techician or see the ER dr. The er doctor sends you home and you wait for a consultation. Appt.

Answer: Depends on your issue. I.C.E. complaint system works very well if that is what you need to do.
Answer: If you are trying to reach a clinic directly you can go through the appointment line or get in touch with your provider and they can help you as well. If you recently received services at a clinic and need help you can always call the clinic back during business hours or go there directly.

Answer: Choose the make an appt. option and they should be able to get you connected. If u r looking to get medical records, you have to go in person, fill out a form for the dates you need medical records from and they will give you a CD. It takes a lil time to get the CD though.
