Answer: $80 up to 75 pounds if you drop off and pick up. Comes with wooden box, certificate and footprint plaster of Paris. There are urns in the reception area you can buy.
Answer: No the cremation is not free. You are paying for the service and an urn. They are very reasonably priced. They charge by the weight of your pet. It's affordable and well worth the cost and effort.

Answer: Prices vary however theyare so affordable. The packages they offer are a great way to always remember the memories you made with your beloved pet.
Answer: They have done 3 opposums and a bird for me. Opposums (marsupials) are much larger than rats (rodents), more like the size of a cat. I think I paid $70 each. My bird was 22 grams, he was $50.

Answer: I have been using Gateway for 20 years. They are fantastic. There are never group creations. They are all single. The staff are wonderful. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
Answer: I have had several pets cremated there and have no reason to suspect my loved ones were ever cremated in a group. They have always been treated with the level of respect I expect.
Answer: Even their group cremation is done seperately there are metal dividers between multiple pets so the ashes are never co-mingled. I swear by them always returning only my pets ashes. No mix ups. The bag sizes and weight are spot on.

Answer: It cost us 110 dollars.we took our Lab to the San Bernardino Humane Society. They took care of her. When it was done we picked up her remains at the Humane Society.

Answer: You can go straight to the cemetery. Call first to schedule.
Answer: Pick up is $60, you can bring it free of charge to the cemetery, or you can take it to your vet and have the cemetery pick up from there. Some vets charge a fee for holding, each vet is different.
Answer: When are dog died at home we took him to animal control and it only costs $80 to have him cremated and sent back to the animal control it was the best we've ever had and so much cheaper

Answer: Im sorry for your loss. Wrap the body and store in a fridge for no smell (not a freezer). Alternatively, lay the dog on cold concrete unwrapped/uncovered, that should be ok until tomorrow when they open as long as the concrete stays cool. They can store her tomorrow in their fridge until they can do the cremation.
