Answer: If you let them know in advance you shouldn't have any problems. The staff here are very conscientious. My dog has always been aggressive towards other dogs and they have done a great job making sure our visits go without incident. That said, you really should call and talk to them first.

Answer: Take them in to a vet to get scanned for a microchip, you can also post lost dog posters there as well.

Answer: Our exam fee is $50. If you are a new client referred by an existing client or adopted a pet from a rescue group you first exam is complimentary.
Answer: I do not know. I had a more advanced exam and it cost about $100 or so. You can ask before the service is done. Care is very good.

It can also be used for various human health services such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons etc. You can go to their website to find a full list of services and providers you can pay with Care Credit. Vitalpet accepts Care Credit as payment on all their services including boarding.

Answer: It depends on the pets weight! I had both female Doberman pups taken care of here, with no problems . This is the only place we trust our fur babies with. Love the docs and staff.
