Rob was responsive and accommodating meeting me and letting me know what was/was not of value. He bought some jewelry, silver, and lamps from us, and helped us price a number of things that he wasn’t interested in buying . His knowledge of the business, fairness in pricing and friendly personality made dealing with him very pleasant. I will definitely use him again.

Highly recommend them! I called ahead to make an appt and he was very nice and understanding of my time that I was available. When I got there I wasn’t sure how the process went or how everything worked and he explained it to me step by step as well as being very straight forward and honest with me about some pieces he wasn’t interested in and others he was. Highly recommend them and I will be definitely going back to them!

Highly recommend. Rob and Cheryl were absolutely wonderful to work with. I sold a few watches to Rob and feel I was treated fairly, and he took alot of time with me. Called, said would re-open at 7:30, arrived and was still closed. Called again said he would be there soon. I waited over half an hour and did not open. Will not go back again

Hi James- I apologize we missed you- I'm the owner and I didn't take your call, so I assume it was Rob. He was out on appointments and it must have taken longer than he expected. We do in home appointments and he doesn't want to rush that client or cut them short, as I would hope you would understand he would give you the same quality attention when he was with you. I am sorry if he wasn't able to take your call, if you did try to reach him at 7:30, as often we have limited cell reception on some appointments as well. I personally didn't receive any calls, so I cant speak for what the conversation was. Again, sorry that no one was present when you came- we do our best to accommodate all folks by offering 24/7 service by appointment. My father in law has an investment property that had items he needed to be removed. A friend of mine told me about CM Gold and referred us there. Some items looked old and some things just needed to go, so I called. The guy quickly called back and set up a time to come by. He offered me some prices on some old toys and based on what I knew of the items, seemed like a very fair amount. I would definitely recommend this place and will certainly be calling them again for future items! Knowledgeable and professional 10/10!

I worked down the street from CM Gold, had seen the signs and had some old rings and earrings I no longer needed- I stopped in one day and was in and out in 15 minutes- she looked my things over, explained what she was looking at and then gave me an offer- I was quite happy with it and received my money. A great spot!
