Brian Mertens Reviews: 2 13 Mar 2019Absolutely amazing service. I stopped in today to see if I could have a ring cut off, which very few places even wanted to consider. On top of that, it was a fairly thick stainless steel band, and my finger had swollen up from trying to get it off myself. Getting the ring off was a nightmare, but Hertel Jeweler's was absolutely amazing. We tried every possible option under the sun, and eventually managed to get the ring off. He even did a great on the spot collection appraisal for another walk-in while we were at it. Absolutely hands down amazing service, 10/10 would recommend.
