Answer: I got a Panasonic razor from them and then fixed my braun. Am very happy with both.
Answer: Edward - we'd be happy to check it out for you. Not knowing the model and the problem, it is hard to tell you what it may cost or if we can repair it for you. Some components are not available to repair the newer models but we can check it out and let you know what going on free of charge.

Answer: They are very good about telling you the answer to that question without charging or if they have to take it apart, not charging alot. Like you, I hate to throw things out. But before you go, see how much a new one would cost.
