Answer: I agree the answer is yes on purchasing from customer service. In fact they will even send someone to your home or work by appointment to do the data transfer and activation for you. However, I disagree regarding rates. I have consistently compared Sprint to Verizon and have found by far that Sprint offers the better rates.
