Very corporate and NOT customer service oriented. They are doing you a favor shipping your freight. For the least headaches and better dock service, try Roadrunner, Averett, or Southeastern. Avoid XPO. ESTES, AAA COOPER.

I didn't look at the counter out in the lobby around then, so if it was there I could have missed it. One of the other employees may have picked it up and put it in our lost and found without telling me though. I hope you find it!
