Question: I live in greens road which is 10 minutes away, I just tried to order a delivery pizza and they guy told me I am 5.5 miles away and thierbpolicy is 5.o miles per delivery, I checc my god again I am 3.9 miles away. Why can’t I get a pizza???

Answer: They told me the same thing i went there and showed the manager how far they really are and they put me in the system for delivery. You will only have to drive once its worth it

Question: Yes I’ve been waiting for over two hours for a large thin crust cheese pizza, I was told 20-50 minutes, it’s now 8:00pm and I called at 5:38pm. I’ve been on hold for maybe 20-30 minutes total. No response. Any ideas on the delay?

Answer: I dont work at Domino's, but like other food businesses they most likely not give you a refund. What i would do is post a review about your experience so in the future they will probably fix the issue on further orders. Hope i helped
