Answer: I don't think there is an official check in time, just as long as house staff is on hand. No one is there to check you in between 10pm and 6am tho- no cerfew. House quiet times are from 10 till 6am. Rules basically based on mutual respect and are the same as all hostels.
Answer: Check in as at 3 PM and check out is 10 AM. Rules of the house are given at check in along with a contract.

Answer: Yes. The bands are really good. Good old country music. Young and old time cow folk will teach you how it's done.
Answer: No more country music. The Wagon Yard was sold off and is now a German restaurant. The musical fare consists of accordions and German techno now.

Answer: They should be, they are extremely dirty , the sewers back up in the bathrooms and the cook has to clean it and lets jist say its not sanitary amd ive witnessed this w my own eyes amd then they grab the same fixtures that the people touching your drinsk etc do , i wouldn't go there ever again.

Answer: I am not sure what the difference is, they have such German dishes like sauerbraten, bratwurst, spaetzle
Answer: I took my friend that visits me every year from Germany and he says it is a tad more Bavarian style than traditional German fair. However the preparation is Americanized. Example, schnitzel is to thin and cooked to long.
Answer: Rinderrouladen, hackbraten, sauerbraten, a variety of brats, original German pretzel. Hard to answer because even Northern Bavarian cuisine is different than Southern Bavarian cuisine... .not to forget that everyones grandma's receipe is the real one ! :)
