Answer: YES, I took them through Better business bureau, Arizona attorney general and the booking agency finally got my refund 9 months later the fees they sneak in double your Rate. They are very sneaky and dishonest pick a different company. My Dad went in to play the game to see what they would do and busted them straight up. They add the fees ring you up then fold all your paperwork up in a folder and hand it to you so you don't look at it.
