Answer: We take lunch from 12-1. However, we are here in the office most days. If that is the only time you can come in, we are happy to help.
Answer: We do take lunch from 12-1pm, but most days there is someone at the front desk if you need supplies. However, appointments are not available at the noon hour. I hope this helps!

Answer: Hi, we would be happy to help. There are a number of brands and we would be happy to help your mom in navigating those options. To make a recommendation, we would need to know a little more about her history. For example, how severe is the hearing loss so we know how much power or amplification is needed to adequately address her needs. Please contact our office to schedule a visit so that we can help. The first step would be to test her hearing to determine the severity of loss. We look forward to assisting in her journey to better hearing!

If your on disability and on SSI and Medicaid you should get your first one free so and they make a very big difference I haven't been able to hear since I was really young and when I put mine on I cried because I could actually hear for the first time my own voice God bless you and I hope you get the help that you need

Answer: Hello Ms Gomez. Currently the only office that accepts Medicade is our Conroe location. As far as a waiting list it depends on how full the schedule is but we don't really have a "waiting list". The best option for you is to go online and make your appointment request: https://texasent.com/make-an-appointment-request/. Make sure to select "Conroe" as your location. We hope your son feels better soon!

Question: I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF YOU CAN PUT CBD OIL IN YOUR EARS TO TREAT TINNITUS.I STARTED TAKING CBD OIL 2 WEEKS AGO IT IS HELPING MY ACHING MUSCLES.I HAVE NOT PUT ANY DROPS IN MY EARS YET TRYING TO FIND MEDICAL ADVICE FOR CBD OIL IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

Answer: Absolutely! We use a camera that allows you to see the whole process. We will use a curette, suction, or water irrigation if needed.

Answer: The answer is Yes! Just as Dr. Gabler from our office indicated below, we use several methods to remove wax painlessly, effectively and quickly (Thank you Dr. Gabler!).
